Terms of Service
Website use
This website showcases professional services, selected client work and business capabilities. By using it, you agree not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or misuse its content.
Enquiries and proposals
An enquiry, conversation, estimate or website description does not itself create a binding services contract. Project scope, milestones, deliverables, price, payment terms and schedules should be confirmed in a written quotation, proposal or agreement.
Payments and deposits
Where a project requires a deposit or advance payment, the applicable amount, due date and refund treatment should be specified in the signed project terms. No universal refund or deposit rule is created by this website.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate briefs, lawful content, timely approvals, necessary account access and feedback. Delays or changes to scope may affect schedules and fees as addressed in the project agreement.
Intellectual property
Website text, branding and original portfolio presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Client-owned assets remain subject to their owners’ rights. Ownership or licensing of commissioned work is governed by the relevant project agreement and any third-party licence terms.
Third-party platforms
Hosting, domain registrars, payment processors, messaging gateways and other providers may have their own terms, fees and service limitations. We do not control their independent services.
No guarantee of results
We aim to provide professional work, but do not guarantee rankings, traffic, conversions, revenue or uninterrupted availability unless specifically agreed in writing.
Liability and applicable law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by the parties’ written agreement. These website terms are interpreted under applicable Ghanaian law, subject to mandatory consumer and other legal protections.
Changes and contact
We may update these website terms. For contractual questions, contact us through the project enquiry link.
